The Barrio Logan Science & Art Expo is an inclusive and annual art, science, and culture fair that welcomes families from around southern San Diego. Join the Barrio Logan Association, UC San Diego, and various community partners as we highlight science, art and culture in the world around us! Sabor Del Barrio is the Annual Neighborhood Taste of Barrio Logan which place in the Barrio Logan Cultural District. Sabor Del Barrio is a showcase of over 35 local establishments ranging from restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, breweries, distilleries, food trucks, as well as a designated street food vendor area and lowrider showcase for attendees to experience the uniquely chicano culinary art and rich culture the community of Barrio Logan has to offer. Additionally, ticket holders will also have access to local art and cultural spaces.

The 2nd Annual Day Of The Dead Festival in Barrio Logan which will take place on Sunday, October 27th, 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the Barrio Logan Cultural District. Dia De Muertos Celebration in Barrio Logan is a free, family friendly event highlighting the rich culture, traditions, and art of our vibrant community.
At Dia De Muertos Celebration In Barrio Logan, attendees can enjoy a variety of attractions including delicious food, a bustling market, engaging kids activities and workshops, Local artist Installations, and captivating live performances by Local bands, Mariachi, Baile Folklorico, Danzantes, and much more!
The theme for this years Dia De Muertos Celebration will be “Barrio Magico”: Barrio Logan, an enclave with its own legends and stories that have been passed down for generations, is yet another thread from the same fabric that stretches across and defies made-up border lines and artificial walls. The Barrio is a time capsule where traditions and stories are carried on as a means of self-preservation; it is our very own BARRIO MAGICO."

Chicano Skate Park Day is a celebration of the Chicano Park Skate Park Designation and to promote positive narratives around skate culture in Barrio Logan and educating
our youth on the importance of taking ownership and pride in our park and public spaces and inspiring an active, health conscious lifestyle. During the vent, there is a skate contest, Live DJs, Live interactive art, and merchandise and skateboard giveaways to the youth.

Barrio Logan Snow Day is a free, family, community event held in the Barrio Logan Cultural District. With over 10tons of real snow, pictures with Santa, Toy giveaways in partnership with other community organizations, free kids crafts, and free pan dulce and Champurrado, the community can experience a winter wonderland and welcome the holiday season with their neighbors.

The Barrio Logan Art Crawl takes place every second Saturday of the month. It is a self-guided tour with gallery/exhibit showings, open studios, outdoor murals, music, dinning, and shopping and highlighting Chicano art and culture.
